Returns & Refunds Window

  • You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Conditions for Return / Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it (unused, unworn).

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Process

  1. Contact us at contact@mumiaeg.comto start a return.

  2. We’ll review your request. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you whether your refund or exchange is approved.


Refunds

  • All returns are inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your bank account or wallet only, no cash refunds.


Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Contact us immediately at contact@mumiaeg.comif the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale, discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that does not meet the return conditions (e.g. missing tags, used, not in original packaging)

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will take effect from the date they are posted on the Site.
